ABOUT MARIACHI EHS

Founded in 2018, Mariachi EHS provides performance and learning opportunities not available to any other ensemble in the school. Students learn authentic performance and singing skills that come straight from the Mariachi tradition. Instrumentation includes; Violin, Vihuela, Guitarron, Guitar, and Trumpet. Repertoire is drawn from the folk music traditions of the early mariachis, as well as dance music for EHS Ballet Folklorico. Join us Tuesdays and Thursdays after school to learn more and make new friends.
